Recruitment Design Concept
This recruitment illustration was designed out of my sheer passion for conceptual design.
The concept uses a repeated user icon to represent the volume of individuals seeking employment and the many potential candidates organizations must evaluate. The single red user—highlighted with a badge and smile—symbolizes both a successful hiring decision and a newly hired, satisfied employee.
